Key Responsibilities
- Design, deploy, and manage multi-vendor, multi-protocol data center and backbone networks.
- Configure and maintain network monitoring and management systems.
- Troubleshoot network issues and perform root cause analysis (RCA) to ensure service reliability.
- Automate network operations and repetitive tasks using scripting and automation tools.
- Participate in on-call support and resolve critical network incidents.
- Work closely with architects, engineering teams, network vendors, telecom carriers, and facility partners.
- Assist in designing scalable and highly available network infrastructure.
- Contribute to technical discussions and infrastructure improvement initiatives.
- Prepare and maintain technical documentation, network diagrams, and operational procedures.
